If you intend to use screen capturing ongoing, it would be
a good idea to consider using a utility designed for it.
Yes, you can use the Windows based system using print
screen (Ctrl, Alt, whatever). There are several available,
some shareware. Paint Shop Pro for example has a very good
capturing utility that enables you to not only capture the
image, but edit, size, set dpi, etc., after which you can
save in a variety of formats. The windows print screen is
good in a pinch however, but you really should take that
captured image into another utility where you can edit,
size, crop, and change the format to something usable,
like jpg, before inserting.
