How can I copy info to another (shared) calendar?

I work in a large organization. I have access to about 10 calendars.
Sometimes there are meetings that I need to put on all of these calendars -
but I'm not the organizer of the meeting or event. (don't ask... I can't get
all these gazillion employees to use their calendars correctly... if they did
the "make a meeting" like they should I wouldn't have to do this - but they
don't & I'm not their boss so I can't make them, hehehe)
How can I put this info on all these calendars quickly?

Select the items in the calendar where it is and click Edit>Copy to Folder
to put it in the calendar where you'd like it.

And.... another way that works is to drag with the right mouse to each
Calendar, when you release select Copy. If you have 2003, you can show the
Calendars side by side using the Calendar button in the Navigation Pane so
this is quite quick and you can see the result easily.

I had seen that option but guess the word "folder" threw me off Thanks,
I'll try it.
(interesting aside... my maiden name is Tilghman - the "gh" is silent )

Hi Judy!
Oh wow, I'd tried that only with the left mouse button! And then it just
moved the item away from one calendar and into the next. Guess I never
thought of DRAGGING with the right button!! Thanks!! And I do have 2003

Right click and right DRAG everywhere in Outlook - great and useful things
happen in most cases!

The "right click and drag" works great except with recurring items. It won't
copy those over for some reason.

Perhaps some remote ancestor in there somewhere.
