How can I copy the toolbar icons from microsoft office

I am an ICT school teacher and I want ot set my pupils a test to find out how
much they know about the icons on the toolbar in office applications. I have
been trying to use printscreen to capture these images of the icons but it is
an extremenly laborious task. I would like to know if there is an easier way
to capture the images

A little googling found:

the icons are at icon size (32x32 or 16x16 pixels), so they will be small.

You'd think that things like Visual Studio would include the standard icons, but
noooo.....
