How can I creat a DropDown Menu of Macros

I have a template that needs to be use by different users. I need to create
a dropdown meny of severa macro options. The dropdown should be similar to
the Style Dropdown in MSWord. Can anyone help?

I take it that this is for Word 2003 or earlier?
Create a new template
Move the macros to the template
Create a new menu or toolbar in that template and add the macros to it.
Save it in the users' Word Startup folder.
