How can I create a book for ms reader using Word 2003?

I tried to install WordRMR.exe but I receive a message: "The Read in
Microsoft Reader Add-in for Microsoft Word requires Word 2000 or Word XP in
order to run". How can I create a *.lit document through Word 2003?

Is this the one you downloaded?

I see that this version specifically says it's for Word 2003, and if I stand
on my head and try to interpret a date like "2/21/2006" I think that means
it was updated quite recently.
