How can I create a chat room?

OK here is the deal. Im a teenager who loves basketball alot and i am
creating my own website now for it. I wanted a way for everyone to speak
their mind on the NBA. I want to create a chat room, but there are no tools
or buttons that will help, and nothing on Microsoft Office help has what im
lookin for so here is my question. How do I create a chat room to put on my
web page for the internet?

You could do a couple of simple things. You could create a channel in IRC, and
direct interested parties there. Or you could create a reflector list in Yahoo
egroups. That would be easier than anything else, probably.
