How can I create a Macro for Word that checks for grammar problems

Hello everyone,

I wanted to know if there was a way to have a macro check my writing for
weak verbs, the preposition "of", the passive voice, all forms of the verb
"be", etc. These are very specific grammar elements I need to remove from my
writing. Do I need to write a macro or is their some easier way?

If you are using MS Office (Word) it will automatically check grammar as it
does a spell check if that feature is turned on. To turn it on click Tools,
Options, Spelling and Grammar. Here you can select Check Grammar as you
type or Check Grammar with spelling. You can customize what it checks for
by clicking the Settings button and checking and unchecking various
selections.
