how can i create a multiple choice quiz in front page?

Hi,

I'm trying to create a quiz in Front Page 2000. I'd like to post several
questions with multiple choice answers, then have a results page that would
rate their results (percentage correct) and provide them with the correct
answers. Any help would be very much appreciated.
