How can i create a professional-looking resume using Word?

I need to create a resume using word and I was told that it was possible to
create one using a pre-created template or something of that nature. Is
this true? If so, how can i do it? I use the '07 version of word

There are several Word templates for resumes but be aware that HR folk have
seen so many resumes that look alike because everyone uses a template that
after a while, they may not really *read* what each resume says. Look at the
templates but use your own format. (My best friend is in HR so I get some
inside tips from her.)
