How can I create a re-ocurring footnote?

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

For a paper I'm writing I need to have my name at the bottom of each page in case a page gets separated from the stack (don't ask - it's just required of us).

Is there a way to do this without having to create a separate footnote for each page?

I was hoping I can do it with a watermark, but you can not place it at the bottom of the page.

Any suggestions or perhaps another way that I have not thought of is appreciated!!

You need a footer. On the View menu, select "Header and Footer". You can
format the footer to include whatever you like.
