How can I create a rule for messages containing spelling errors?

I want to put messages with spelling errors into a spam folder. I'd also
like to ferret out messages containing predictable patterns of letters, such
as I could do with a unix 'grep' command to sideline those, too.

I could use VBA, but need pointers on how to start.
