How can i create a user log in and password in Excel, or Infopath

hey there,
please tell me how can i create user log in and password on
either Microsoft Excel, Front page, Or Info Path . Actuallt i am making a
project for my A-levels for which i need to make user log in and password.
please let me know how can i put extra user names and password as well...

This can be used for all Microsoft applications.
FIle Save AS> Tools> General Options> Type in your pass word.
