Outlook Word Theme Making

I am trying to find out how I can make my own theme for Outlook and MS Word
for Office 2003. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Define 'theme'. If you mean the look of the GUI, that's determined by the
operating system. If not, please post back and tell us exactly what you /do/
mean.

I am trying to make it where I do not have to insert logos every time I want
to send an email. I am not that PC literate, so bear with me. I want to more
or less have it where I use a certain paper style (color) and a logo of my
own; not what comes with the program-if that makes any sense.

You need to create the document and save it as an Outlook template, then.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Theme asked:

Sounds like Tool, Options, Mail Format, Stationary and Fonts, is where
you want to start.
