How can I create Rolodex cards in Word 2000 with Outlook data?

Is there a way to create a template for Rolodex cards in Word 2000? I don't
use this type of program regularly, but need an easy way to print cards. The
data would come from my Outlook address book. I have tried doing this with
Mail Merge, but can't quite make it!
