How can I create this simple HTML signature?

Hello,

I'm attempting to create a simple HTML signature in Entourage 2008.
The signature is as follows:

<div id="sig" style="color: #063781; font-weight: bold; font-family:
Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10px;">My Name<a
href="http://www.url.com" title="my blog">blog</a> / <a href="http://
www.twitter.com/ohhyea" title="my twitter page">twitter</a> </div>

Is there some script, workaround or 3rd party tool that I can use so
that this signature shows up properly in emails?
