how can i delete an unsent messages error 0x800CCCOF

A message with a 74 MB attachement cannot be sent. Unfortunatly I cannot
delete it either. Its stuck in the outbox. I want to delete it. Can you help.
I am using outlook 2007

File - Work Offline.

Are you able to delete the message from your outbox now?
