How can I delete downloaded updates which wil not install?

On May 12 updates on OneNote (KB917148) and Outlook (KB916521) were
downloaded to my computer. They failed to install, and continue to fail
installation. Subsequent updates also fail to install properly. I presume
that the downloads were somehow corrupted, but the system will not let me
download them again. It would seem that I need to delete these downloads so
that I can try downloading them again, but can't find out how. Can anyone
help???
