how can I delete Normal.dot

When I tried to delete it,
it shows an error like this.,...

Of course, I reboot the computer...

You can't delete it while Word is running. If you're using Word as your
email editor in Outlook or Outlook Express, there's a good chance there's a
process running for that, so you'd need to shut down those programs as well.
