how can I design "tocproto" in discussion web wizzard?

I am trying to set up a simple discussion web but I am having some problems:

- I could manage to make the pages look like the way I want (colors,
background, margin....) but I could not do it with tocproto which is the
pages that show the content of readers postings.

Is there anyway I can do this??? (have I done something wrong???) Please
help.

Are you using Microsoft Access for this? This is an Access newsgroup.
