I have a user who dislikes the Outlook "sniffer" which places meeting
requests in his calendar as tentative appointments. Is there a way to
disable this "feature"? We use IMAP for email and are running Office 2003
SP1. I've tried creating a rule which moves all incoming meeting requests to
a local folder; however, the rule does not seem to apply in "real-time". I
am forced to manually go into the Tools, Rules and alerts window and select
Run rules now to get the rule to execute properly. Anyone know how to
disable the feature?
Thanks!
