How can I disable the "save as" function

I have a worksheet that is protected and the user needs to enable macros to
sort the sheet. I have seen how I can have the sheet be hidden and have the
start sheet tell the user they must enable macros to use this sheet. What I
need is to make sure that the user can't do a "save as" and then reopen the
file to change the locked areas of the sheet.

Cancel my first search did not turn up an answer. After making this post I
did a refresh and the answer was in another post that did not appear the
first time.
