Hi Tina,
I assume you are referring to the three workgroup indicators
showing:
- Task has been assigned but the resource has not confirmed
- Task status has been requested but resource has not responded
- Task has changed and resource should be informed
To the best of my knowledge, only the first and second can be
manually changed. For the first, add the Confirmed field to a usage
view (Task Usage or Resource Usage) and change it from "no" to
"yes". For the second, add the Response Pending field to a usage
view and manually change it.
I believe the other indicators is controlled through "Update needed"
which is a calculated field (not directly updatable).
You might try re-posting your question to the Project Server
newsgroup and see if anyone there has a better idea.
