How can I display data types in an entity relationship diagram?

I have created an entity relationship diagram and I want the diagram to show
the data types along with the column information. Is this possible? Anyone
know how to do this?

Can you describe what you mean by "an entity relationship diagram " as
I cannot find this type of Diagram in Visio ?

I called microsoft and one of your representatives was able to answer my
question. Thanks. An entity relationship diagram is used for database
modeling.
