How can I do a data lookup in excel using a datasheet in access?

I have a large amount of data in access. There are more records than allowed
to paste into Excel. I am trying to us a lookup formula to find certain data
within these records. Is there a way to lookup the data directly from access
within excel? The data is also constantly changing depending user selections.

All help is greatly appreciated.
