What dimensions are you wanting for your tickets?

a) Capitals do not make you look cool: they make your message difficult to
read and make you look obnoxious.
b) Asking in the subject line is not a good idea. The big white space is
designed for you to put details in.
c) You do a ticket on Publisher either using the templates or from scratch
using text boxes, lines, and shapes.
