Dear All,

I would really appreciate it if you could help me in
this. I'm trying to design a questionnaire using Microsoft
Word 2002. I asked a friend of mine and he sent me his own
questionnaire (Written in Simplified Chinese), yet it
seems that he has already utilised High Encryption or
Security to protect it against Editing. I just wonder how
he could make those (Check Boxes)... That's all. Thanks a
lot for your help in advance.
