How can I do this with headers and page numbers?

I have 27 pages. I want my page number 1 to start on page three, with
my name next to it. Anyway to do this once automatically changing the
page number with each subsequent page? (And not have anything on the
first two pages?)

Hi Nick;

First you need a Next Page Section Break at the end of page 2. Then on page
3 create your Header to insert your page number. In the Insert> Page Numbers
dialog click the Format button & set Start at: 1 (or use the Format Page
Number button (Formatting Palette).
