How/can I do this

I have trying to create a letter in word 2007 that will be printed on yellow
pad paper. When I searched for a template to so I could do this, I got a
template tat works in OneNote. I've never used OneNote and realy would rather
use word. I was wondering if I can somehow use/import the template into word
so I can use it there?

Not really. It would probably be easier to just create a new template in
Word yourself.
