How can I double the size of all blocks in a Visio org chart

Three different ways come to mind for the result you want:

1. First bring up the "size and position" window. In Visio 2002, use
View >> Size and position window
To select all blocks, first select one, then hold down the shift key while
selecting others. Then use the "size and position" window to change the
heights and widths all at once.

2. If blocks are most of the diagram, use control-A to select everything.
Then hold down the shift key while selecting all the items that aren't
blocks. Then use the "size and position" window.

3. (My personal favorite.) Select one block and use the "size and position"
window to change its height and width. One by one, select each of the other
blocks and press the F4 key. F4 repeats the preceding edit operation on the
newly selected item.

... and ensure that the reporting lines adjust (move)
automatically. To do this manually would take a lot of hours ...

If the line ends are grabbing connection points, they should adjust
automatically.

You'll probably have to do some cleanup afterwards, but hopefully one of
the above will help somewhat.

And...

If you are using Visio 2003, go to the menu bar and click Organization
Chart->Options. You will see a dialog box that lets you set the size of the
shapes. This size will also be used for nay new shapes added to the drawing.
