Louie,
First of all, you have posted to a newsgroup that is exclusively
dedicated to questions on Microsoft Project, a planning and scheduling
application. I suggest you post to a general Windows XP newsgroup.

Nonetheless, the user manual that came with your computer or the Windows
help file should explain how to do what you want.

Hello Louie,

In Windows XP, go to the Start button, choose All Programs, choose
Accessories, choose Windows Explorer. Click the Folders button on the
toolbar if it is not already clicked. Navigate to the recipe file on
your hard drive and click once to select it. Click on the Edit menu,
choose Copy. In the folder list on the left navigate to "My Computer"
and click the [+] mark to expand the list. Make sure you've put a
floppy disk in the disk drive and click the A:\ choice. That should
activate the floppy disk drive. Click the Edit menu and choose Paste.

In the future, please post your questions about using Windows XP to a
Windows XP newsgroup. See:

for the list of Windows XP newsgroups.
