Why not start at the beginning? Most versions of Access (except 2000!!)
have a perfectly decent instructional manual already included with the
software. It's called Help. Open Access, click on the Question Mark
button, select the "Contents" tab, and start with the very first topic
in the Introduction chapter, "Databases: What they are and how they
work."
