How can I download Office 2003 SP2 update over dial-up?

The update is huge (~45M) and takes hours. My ISP doesn't stay continuously
connected that long (3+ hours), and each time it drops the download stalls.
No way to resume once the connection comes up again, so I have to start over.
3 tries now and no light at the end of the tunnel. Why doesn't the download
just pick up where it left off?
