Contact your OEM to get access to the source.

What version of Office are you running? Depending on which, you might be
able to download full file patches or mitigate the need.

Hi, ron058,

Office 2003 has a new feature called the Local Installation Source (LIS),
which mitigates the need for source files.

830168 - Frequently Asked Questions About the Local Install Source Feature:

There should be a local installation source (LIS) that was created on your
computer by the OEM. The updates should be able to find the source files in
this location. If this wasn't done, then you may be able to use "full file"
versions of Office 2003 patches, which you can download separately.

Otherwise, you'll need to contact your OEM to get source files.
