How can I draw the shape of a weld neck flange?

Please explane to me how can I draw a weld neck flange. Thank you.

I don't remember that one from engineering class. But did you look in the
Welding Symbols stencil for a shape that might work? Go to File > Shapes >
Mechanical Engineering > Welding Symbols. Otherwise you can click on the
Drawing Tools button in the Standard toolbar to display the Drawing toolbar.
