How can I edit a date field using the DBWIZ? (TimeStamp)

I have found that everytime I create a DB through FP orACCESS that includes a
date formatted field including the "TimeStamp" or an entered date field, I
get a Database Error when I use the edit function page created by the DB WIZ.

How can this be avoided? Should I just not include the timestamp?

Yes don't use it
TimeStamp is a reserved word

I'm currently using your fix.

I have changed the reserved word name from TimeStamp to something else. I
need a timestamp for the time and sate the user entered the data that they
cannot control but I do need to be able to go back and edit the other data
fields.

It seems as though everytime I relate the field to a Daite/Time format in
the DB I have this problem.

What am I doing wrong? Is there a way?

Not sure I entirely understand your question / problem. But I
routinely use both the timestamp and another date type field an an
Access database table, and I can go in and modify a record to change
the date showing in either the timestamp or the other date field.

But I do it in Access directly, not via a Wiz, so cant comment on your
Wiz problem. Is using Access directly an option for you?
