How can I eliminate "Date" categories in Outlook 2003

I would like to eliminate the organize by date feature (i.e. "Today",
"Yesterday", "Last Week", etc.) I would like one simple list instead of the
breakdown.

Disable grouping - click on the row of field names at the top of the list
and uncheck show in groups. See
http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/grouping.htm to disable it for every
folder at once.
