How can I eliminate unfilled contacts from the view?

My contact view shows a bunch of blank contacts. I can sort the database to
either place them before, or after, the contacts I've input, but they are
always there. How can I filter out the blanks, or delete them?

I assume you mean in a table. Click on the row header (the gray box at the
left end of a record). This will select the record - hit the delete key.

You can also use Record menu...Delete record.
