How can I enable searching subfolders in public folders in outloo.

I'm trying to set search feature of outlook to search subfolders of a public
folder to enable users in my my company to perform search easily without
having to search all sub-directories. I know outlook by default does not
allow this, but is there any way to enable this feature?
