I want to copy a mail folder complete with all the emails in it to a cd so
that I can give that cd to a collegue and they can read the emails.

Create a new pst file, copy the folder to that. Close Outlook. Locate the
new pst file, and copy it to CD. Job done.

Hi Gordon,
That would work great but the people who are getting the CD use Outlook
Express and in on case "Incredimail" OMG. Is there a way to copy the whole
folder and save them as emails onto the CD so that they can just double click
them and read them in whatever they are using as an email client or will I
just have to sit there and "Save As" each of the 2 or 3 hundred emails
required for the CD?

Then the easiest answer is to import the folder into Outlook express on your
machine, and copy the resultant dbx file to CD.
