How can I export my mailbox to home if I don't have a disk?

i had a guy come and work on my computer, I was having
some trouble with my outlook 2000, so he gets into his
little black CD case and installs Outlook 2000 premium,
and leaves. Now I can't import or export without that
disk, and my computer friend is long gone. I've been able
to put to mailbox on a CD, but now how do I get my home
computer to accept this info?

Short of having him come back and installing ALL of the
components, Sue Mosher's Slipstick site has some great
information on this (link below). I would try the PST
method if you don't have too much information to place
on the disk.
