How can I export the dates (Sent:) from an Outlook folder to Excel

Am able to export all parts of an Outlook email thread to an Excel speadsheet
*except* for the dates (the Sent: field).

Can anyone advise me on this? Is it impossible to export this field from
Outlook?

Any info on this would be apprciated. Thanks.
