How can I find “Service Pack†in Runtime?

With Access 2007 (Full Version) I can find the SP by the following path -
Office Button / Access Options / Resources.

This works nicely. We have some other PCs that have Access 2007 Runtime. I
would like to know what Version and SP they have. With Runtime, I still see
the Office Button, but the “Access Options†button is not available,
therefore I cannot see the Resources selection which is where I would expect
to find the SP.

Is there an alternative way to find this information?

What I've done is use the various API calls available and am checking
the version number and date/time of a crucial dll, msjetxx.dll, to
ensure it matches what I have on my system. See the Verify
