While running Windows XP, Microsoft Word 2002 crashes when attempting to
insert a symbol in a Word doc. What is wrong? How can we fix this so we can
insert symbols in a Word doc without continuous crashing? My daughter has to
be able to type her chemistry and other papers and needs immediate help.
