how can i fix this error - file conversion -solidconverterpdf.dot

when i first installed office 2007, i had no problem. now every time i start
word, i am confronted with this error - (file conversion
-solidconverterpdf.dot)

in the dialogue box it says select the encoding that makes your document
readable, followed by text encoding choices of windows default, ms-dos, and
other encoding.

none of the choices make the document readable, but when you excape and
cancel out of there, you can carry on using word as usual.
so it seems to be a pain in the backside and pops up whenever you start word.

i would like to know how to make it go away - permanently!

i have searched the entire online resources on the microsoft database.

Obviously you have installed a PDF utility that is incompatible with Office
2007. Uninstall it and make sure it removes its template from the Word
Startup folder.
