How can I force PowerPoint Viewer 2003 to open on secondary displa

I need PowerPoint Viewer 2003 to open the presentation on the secondary
display, but it always open on the primary display.

The primary display is only shown to the operator, while the secondary
display is connected to a projector. There is no ability to reverse which
display is connected to the projector.

The operator must run another application on the primary display, while the
presentation is displayed on the secondary monitor.

How can I force PowerPoint Viewer 2003 to open the presentation on the
secondary display?

Look at PowerViewer at
http://officeone.mvps.org/powerviewer/powerviewer.html - it allows you to
display slide shows on secondary monitor through PowerPoint Viewer and also
allows you to work on something else on other monitors while the slide show
is being displayed on the secondary monitor.
