How can I force Word (or Excel) to use the printer settings from the
default printer and not the settings that are stored in the document ?
We use printers with mailboxes. Each user has been assigned its own
mailbox and thus, their local settings for the printer are set
accordingly.
As users are sharing or exchanging documents in the department, our
problem is that Word is using the printer settings of the document's
creator, not from the current user and documents are sent to the
creator's mailbox, not the current user's mailbox.
Any clues ?
