How can I get 2 different versions of my calendar to synch

I have recently started a new job. The office culture is that everyone opens
each others calendars to schedule meetings. I like to schedule all of my
time for the day when I'm not in meetings to I can plan my work flow. This
is creating some friction in the organization. I'm looking to create a
second calendar for myself that is not my default calendar where I can
schedule all of my work. My default calendar would only show my appointments
and work related items. Does anyone know how I can get the two different
calendar folders to synch in outlook.

You can always schedule your work in your default calendar and then mark
them as private so only you can see the details. The time will be made
unavailable to others to schedule but they cannot see any details.
