How can I get a 45 degree single arrow to make right turns?

Want to get the arrow to make 2 right angle turns to reverse direction flow.
Can't figure it out....

In Visio 2k3 you can select the shape then ctrl + H will flip it hoizontally
so it faces the other direction.

You can also right click on the shape and then expand the shape menu for
otherways to rotate/flip your shape

Ctrl + L will rotate 90° to the left (anti-clockwise)
Ctrl + R will rotate 90° to the right (Clockwise)
Ctrl + V flips vertically
