How can I get a CSS html newsletter to work with Outlook 2003?

i have a newsletter i made in frontpagethat uses CSS, when i try to send it
via Outlook 2003 or even Outlook Express it strips the CSS info and the
newsletter comes out cruddy...

i highlighted the entire page and copied it into a new mail, it then looses
the CSS info.

i also went into outlook express 6 and clicked the arrow next to CREATE
MAIL, went to WEBPAGE and then typed in my URL, it strips the CSS info as
well...

is there any way to send a CSS based email out through either Outlook 2003
or Express??
