How can I get a list of shapes on a stencil

When I do a search for a shape, after it is located, how can I determine what
stencil it belongs to?

Hi Jerri,

In Visio 2003, select Tools > Options > go to the Shape Search tab, and in
the Results section, select the "Sort results: By Group" control.

In Visio 2002, select the Options... link at the bottom of the Find Shape
window, and select "Group shapes by stencil" on the General tab in the
Options dialog.

These settings will put all of your subsequent shape searches sorted into
groups by the stencil name. I hope this helps.
